Previously, she was a Lecturer (Permanent Faculty) in Economics at Bocconi University. She is a behavioral and experimental economist. Her main areas of expertise are the design of experimental protocols (both for lab and field experiments), the development of structural models, the empirical analysis of experimental and simulated data (reduced forms and structural estimations). Her research is concerned with social interactions in collective action games; individual and group decisions in contexts of risk and ambiguity; financial incentives in shaping individual and corporate behavior; creativity and innovation; guilt aversion, fairness and norms.
