Her visiting positions include Boston College and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research interests are in Public and Regional and Urban Economics with a specific focus on the economics of research infrastructures and science centers; State-Owned Enterprises; local public finance; the economics of Smart City projects and policies.
